Okay, I blame my mom. It’s always good to start off that way. (smile). Seriously, she’s always been the crafty, party type and I got whatever gene that still lives in. So Joni has a nice trio going on at her school: Joni, Jada and Madison. I decide to have them (plus Joni’s cousin Jaia as Junior Mistress) over for a tea party (lemonade, ya’ll) and then as I was planning and shopping for it I decided to make it a garden tea party. You don’t have time to read all that happen but it involved a tea set, lemonade, princess outfits (including hats, ya’ll!), a bubble machine, making cookies, decorating cookies, decorating a flower pot and planting 3 plants each. My back was threatening to go out at the end of the day, but they (and I) had a ball! And yes, Cody, survived all that girl lovin’ as well.
